Broadening your mindset…..

1-Self-Talk

Be open-minded. Turn your negativity into positivity. This is your weapon against the darkness of this world. Talk to yourself and illuminate your soul.

2-Get outside of your comfort zone.

Go, take a shot at that book, you didn’t want to read. That place where you wanted to go but couldn’t. Be adventurous. Learn continuously.

3-Create new habits.

Learn new things. Challenge yourself daily. Develop a habit to jot down the stuff you’ve learned. Challenge yourself to be positive and be an achiever. Start from the small things.

4-Ask people for help.

If you lack somewhere or encounter a problem, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Surround yourself with people who will help you grow. And who give you constructive feedback. Work on your shortcomings.

5-Fake it till you make it.

If you’re new to something, still be confident. Work on it in secret and give that facade of knowing. You’ll figure it out soon and become better at it.

I found all of these totkas really helpful and I’m currently implementing on the 3rd totka in my life. These are extremely positive and I hope to learn more.
